At JAD Travels and Tourism LLC, you have the flexibility to book your flights, your entire holiday, or simply the individual components that best suit your needs. We operate as a flight consolidator and tailor-made package specialist, curating exceptional holidays that combine flights with accommodation. In addition, we act as an agent to assist you in arranging individual flights, accommodation, or other independent travel services.
The specific terms and conditions applicable to your booking, as well as our obligations to you, will depend on the products or combination of products you choose. The nature of your arrangement will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.
These booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations made with JAD Travels and Tourism LLC, registered at 1072 - Block B - M Floor, Office 7B, Muteena, Dubai, UAE.
In these booking conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JAD Travels and Tourism LLC. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the first-named person on the booking, as well as all other persons on whose behalf a booking is made, or any individual to whom a booking is added or transferred. Your use of this website is expressly conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By making a booking with us, you confirm your agreement to, and acceptance of, these Booking Conditions. Please ensure you clearly understand both your obligations and our responsibilities, as well as our liability to you, before proceeding with your booking.
Kindly note that there is no cooling-off period or automatic right to cancel without penalty once your booking is confirmed.
When making a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of your party. Upon receiving your confirmation invoice, please verify that all details are correct and complete—for example, that each name is spelled exactly as it appears on the relevant passport. If any detail is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to rectify any errors reported to us; however, you will be liable for any costs incurred, except in cases where the error was ours.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. In such cases, any deposit or payment already received will be refunded in full.
We accept responsibility for the package arrangements (“Tour”) that we agree to provide or arrange for you, acting in the capacity of “organiser” under applicable UAE regulations. Subject to these Terms of Business, if we or our suppliers negligently perform or arrange services that we are contractually obligated to provide, as detailed in your confirmation invoice, we will pay you reasonable compensation. The level of compensation will be determined after taking all relevant factors into account.
We shall not be held liable where any failure in performance of the contract is attributable to:
Our liability, except in cases involving death, personal injury, or illness, shall be limited to no more than three times the cost of your travel arrangements (excluding insurance premiums and amendment fees).
Under UAE law, you may be entitled to compensation or refunds from your airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellations, or flight delays. Full details are available from the respective airlines. However, such reimbursements will not automatically entitle you to a refund of your holiday cost from us. Your rights to refunds or compensation from us are outlined in Clause 17.
You must notify us of any complaint or claim in accordance with Clause 19. In all such cases, any person(s) receiving payment (and their parent or guardian if under 18) must assign to us or our insurers any rights they may have to pursue a third party in connection with the claim. You are required to provide us and our insurers with all reasonable assistance requested in this regard.
Please note that this clause does not apply to any separate contracts entered into for excursions or activities while on holiday. Excursions, activities, and other tours are arranged by independent third-party operators, with whom your contract will be directly established. We are not responsible for the provision of such excursions, activities, or tours, nor for anything that occurs during their course of delivery by the operator.
In respect of travel arrangements other than Packages, JAD Travels and Tourism LLC is not a tour operator. Your contract is directly with the supplier, and their booking conditions shall apply. As an agent, our responsibility is limited solely to arranging the booking on your behalf in accordance with your instructions. We accept no liability for the actual provision of the arrangements. Furthermore, we do not accept responsibility for any information about the arrangements that we communicate to you in good faith. Should we nevertheless be found liable to you on any basis, our maximum liability will be limited to twice the total cost of your booking (or the relevant proportion thereof if not all passengers in the booking are affected). Please note that nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury arising as a direct result of our proven negligence or that of our employees acting in the course of their employment.
Your booking is subject both to these terms and to the specific booking conditions of the relevant travel provider, which outline your rights in the event of any issues with the travel service you have booked through us.
Under UAE law, you may in certain circumstances be entitled to refunds and/or compensation from your airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellations, or flight delays. Full details will be available from the airline directly. However, such reimbursement will not automatically entitle you to a refund of your flight costs from us. Your entitlement to any refund or compensation from us is set out in Clause 17 of these terms.
No contract shall exist between us, any supplier, or any travel provider until your booking has been accepted by us, your full payment has been received in cleared funds, and a confirmation invoice has been issued. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any booking. For online bookings, the contract will come into effect upon acceptance of the booking conditions presented at the conclusion of the booking process and once full cleared payment has been received by us.
By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm that you meet all necessary requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any information you provide to us, and to ensure that any information supplied by us or by our suppliers is communicated promptly to all members of your party.
JAD Travels and Tourism LLC acts exclusively as a booking agent for travel providers offering individual components of your travel arrangements. We accept no liability if any such services prove deficient in any way, nor do we accept liability for any loss, personal injury, or death, unless caused by our proven negligence.
We make bookings on your behalf with airlines, accommodation providers, transfer operators, activity providers, cruise lines, coach companies, insurance providers, car rental agencies, shore excursion operators, local guides, and other independent entities (“Third-Party Suppliers”) to supply components of your travel arrangements. Third-Party Suppliers may, in turn, engage local operators or subcontractors. While we exercise reasonable care in selecting Third-Party Suppliers, we do not control or supervise them and therefore cannot accept responsibility for their acts or omissions. You acknowledge that Third-Party Suppliers operate under the laws of the jurisdictions in which they provide services. JAD Travels and Tourism LLC does not represent or warrant that any such supplier complies with the laws of your country of residence or any other jurisdiction.
JAD Travels and Tourism LLC shall not be held liable, nor assume responsibility, for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, distress, or frustration—whether physical or mental—resulting from the act or omission of any party other than JAD Travels and Tourism LLC or its employees.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions, negligent or otherwise, of Third-Party Suppliers or independent contractors. Neither JAD Travels and Tourism LLC nor its parent company, subsidiaries, employees, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, representatives, or assigns shall be held responsible for:
(A) any damage to, or loss of, property; or injury to, or death of, persons arising directly or indirectly from the acts or omissions of any other provider, including, but not limited to, defects in aircraft, watercraft, vehicles, or other transport operated or supplied by such providers; or
(B) any loss or damage caused by delays, cancellations, diversions, or disruptions resulting from acts, omissions, regulations, demands, orders, or interventions of any government or authority, or from events beyond our control such as acts of God, strikes, fire, floods, volcanic activity, war, terrorism, rebellion, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances. By booking with us, you expressly waive any claims against JAD Travels and Tourism LLC arising from such losses, damages, injuries, or deaths.
In cases where loss, death, injury, or illness is proven to have been caused by the negligent acts or omissions of JAD Travels and Tourism LLC or of the Third-Party Suppliers contracted as part of your booking, our liability will be limited, where applicable, in accordance with all relevant international conventions.
Bookings Made by Telephone:
If you make a booking by telephone, you must provide us with all the required information. You must also ensure that all details you provide are accurate, and that the credit or debit card used for payment is either your own or, subject to our prior agreement, belongs to a third party from whom you have obtained express authorization to use their card. In addition, you must ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the arrangements booked with us. Upon acceptance of your booking, we will debit the payment and issue a confirmation invoice. From this point forward, cancellation charges will apply.
Please note that a booking confirmed by telephone carries the same validity as one confirmed in writing. As soon as you receive the confirmation, it is your responsibility to carefully check all details and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect, as it may not be possible to make amendments later.
We reserve the right to record all telephone calls to monitor and enhance the quality of our customer service. Should you require a copy of the call recording for any reason, an administration fee may apply.
If you book online, you must provide us with all the information we require. You must also ensure that the credit or debit card you use is your own, or, subject to our prior agreement, that of a third party from whom you have received express authorization. In either case, sufficient funds must be available to cover the cost of the booking.
For online bookings, we will initially hold your payment and send you a booking confirmation by email. Your payment will be verified against both the booking and the cardholder details. Only once your payment has been accepted and the ticket issued does the contract come into existence, at which point you will receive a confirmation invoice along with an electronic ticket receipt by email. If, however, we are unable to issue your ticket due to fare or tax changes imposed by the airline, or if we are not satisfied with the payment, we will contact you. Should you decline the revised arrangements, we will refund the full amount paid within 48 hours, without any deductions. Please note that no compensation or reimbursement for additional expenses will be offered should you choose to purchase tickets elsewhere.
We can only accept a booking if the lead passenger is at least 18 years old on or before the date of departure. For passengers under the age of 18 at the time of booking, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
Minors and young travellers without their parent/guardian may need to carry documentation providing legal consent from the absent parent/guardian. This requirement applies even when travelling with other adult family members. In certain countries, a sole accompanying parent/guardian may also be required to provide legal consent from the absent parent/guardian or evidence of sole parental responsibility. We strongly advise checking with the Consulate of the destination country for specific requirements.
All prices are subject to availability. Prices displayed on our website(s) are believed to be correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to amend prices or correct errors at any time before your booking is confirmed.
You will be informed of the current price of the chosen arrangements prior to confirming your booking. Once a confirmation invoice has been issued, the price stated will only change under the conditions outlined below or if you amend your booking. While every effort is made to avoid surcharges, we reserve the right to pass on cost increases imposed by suppliers.
Currency exchange rates displayed on our website are for guidance purposes only and are not guaranteed as accurate. Rates are not updated daily, and actual exchange rates may differ slightly.
On rare occasions, pricing errors may occur in our reservation system or website. Any booking made based on an erroneous price shall be deemed void. In such cases, you will have the option to either pay the correct price or cancel and receive a full refund.
Changes in transportation costs, including fuel surcharges, dues, taxes, fees for services such as landing charges, embarkation or disembarkation fees, or exchange rate fluctuations, may result in price adjustments after your booking has been confirmed. However, no changes will be made within 30 days of your departure.
We will absorb, and you will not be charged for, any increase equivalent to up to 2% of the price of your travel arrangements (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges). Any increase above this will be passed on to you, along with an administration fee of AED 5 per person. If the increase exceeds 10% of your total booking cost, you will have the option to accept an alternative arrangement (with any price difference refunded if lower in value) or cancel and receive a full refund, excluding amendment charges. If you wish to cancel, you must do so within 14 days of the final invoice date; otherwise, we will assume you accept the surcharge. Any surcharge must be paid within the balance due for the holiday or within 14 days of the surcharge invoice date (whichever is later).
We will refund any insurance premium paid to us if you are unable to transfer or reuse the policy. If, due to the above changes, your holiday cost decreases by more than 2%, we will refund the difference. However, as travel arrangements are not always purchased in local currency, not all apparent changes in exchange rates may affect the final price.
Please note that once full payment has been received in cleared funds and tickets issued, no surcharges will be applied to airfares.
Departure Tax: It is not always possible to include all departure taxes on your ticket(s). In some cases, departure taxes must be paid by you locally to the Government of the country you are departing from and are non-refundable by us.
At the time of booking, you will be required to either pay a deposit or settle the full amount (please note that deposits made to secure travel components are strictly non-refundable). If you make an initial deposit, the remaining balance must be paid on or before the due date specified in your booking confirmation email. We reserve the right to charge the outstanding balance to the same card used for the initial booking on the due date. Should we be unable to collect the balance on or before the due date, your booking may be cancelled, and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
In certain cases, an additional booking fee may apply; this will be communicated at the time of booking. Until full payment is received, the price of your booking may be subject to increases arising from fuel surcharges or other costs imposed by suppliers.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for cash sent via courier or postal services, even if dispatched by registered, recorded, or special delivery. If you are travelling immediately (on the same day or within three days of booking) and are unable to meet credit/debit card security requirements, you may be asked to make a direct cash deposit into our bank account.
Depending on your chosen payment method and currency, your card provider may impose additional charges. An indication of such charges will be displayed at the time of payment; however, these may vary, and we strongly recommend confirming exact fees directly with your card provider before completing your booking. Please note that all reservations made after 10 September 2020 using corporate credit or debit cards will incur a 2% surcharge. This surcharge will appear in the total amount shown on your bank statement but will not be itemised separately in your booking documentation.
For all bookings paid by credit or debit card, you agree not to initiate a repayment claim with your card issuer or bank before first raising any complaint directly with JAD Travels and Tourism LLC.
You acknowledge and agree that we may use personal information (as defined under the Data Protection Act) provided by you to conduct anti-fraud checks. Such information may be disclosed to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, which may retain a record of that information.
Accommodation providers may offer several options to secure your booking, including paying a small deposit, paying in full at the time of booking, or paying directly at the property. If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the balance due date specified. If full payment is not received, or we are unable to collect the balance by the due date for any reason, we will notify the accommodation provider and your booking will be cancelled. You will remain liable for any applicable cancellation fees. In certain cases, a service charge may also apply; this will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.
Because we confirm reservations in real time with various international accommodation providers, your initial payment serves as your authority for us to proceed with booking. If, in the short interval between your payment and our confirmation attempt, the accommodation becomes unavailable and no suitable alternative can be secured, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
Please note that all prices displayed on the Site relate solely to accommodation and cover only the specified stay dates and number of guests. Rates are shown per room, per night.
In most cases—but not always—rates are displayed exclusive of local sales taxes and service charges. These additional charges will be presented separately during the booking process.
In some destinations, governments may impose supplementary taxes, which accommodation providers are obliged to collect directly from guests at check-out. Accommodation providers may also levy facility or resort fees, payable locally. We recommend verifying which additional fees are, or are not, included prior to making your booking. If you are uncertain, you may contact our Customer Service team for clarification.
All payments made to us, including deposits, are non-refundable unless the flight is cancelled by the carrier. In such instances, we will refund to you any monies repaid to us by the carrier on your behalf, less reasonable administrative costs incurred in processing the refund. This is subject to (a) your claim being made in writing, and (b) the refund being received by us within 12 months of your outbound travel date. Any entitlement to repayment will be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant carrier, which may vary.
For all reservations made via this website, a booking fee is included in the advertised price and reflected in the total amount paid. This will be clearly itemised on your invoice. Please note that booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the supplier. For all cancellations, whether voluntary or involuntary, the booking fee will be retained.
We strive to accommodate all customers, including those with reduced mobility or disabilities. However, our experience has shown that certain travel products may not be suitable for customers who rely on wheelchairs or have specific disabilities.
If you have a disability or reduced mobility that may affect your travel arrangements, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking, providing full details. Should we, in our reasonable opinion, consider that your chosen holiday is unsuitable for your condition, or if you are not travelling with someone able to provide the assistance you may reasonably require, we reserve the right to refuse your booking.
Failure to provide us with full details at the time of booking may also result in cancellation once the full circumstances are known. If we cancel under these conditions, cancellation charges outlined in our Terms & Conditions will apply and must be paid by the affected individual. We will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred as a result.
If you have any special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to forward such requests to the relevant supplier, we regret that we cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled. Any acknowledgement that a request has been noted or passed to the supplier, or its inclusion on your invoice or documentation, does not constitute confirmation that it will be met.
If a request is essential to your travel arrangements, you must notify us prior to booking. Unless we confirm a request in writing before the booking is finalised, it will remain subject to availability. Any additional costs relating to special requests will either be invoiced to you before departure or will need to be settled locally. We cannot offer compensation for unfulfilled special requests unless they have been confirmed by us in writing prior to booking.
If you have a disability or reduced mobility that may affect your travel arrangements, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking, giving full details. Please note that many overseas destinations lack even basic facilities required for disabled travellers. Where we are unable to adequately accommodate your needs, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your booking. In such cases, cancellation charges set out in our Terms & Conditions will apply, and we accept no liability for any other costs or expenses incurred.
Please note that Accommodation and Travel Providers’ booking conditions often permit the termination of your contract, without refund, if your behaviour or that of any member of your party falls below an acceptable standard.
Accommodation Providers may also require payment for any damage you cause. We will have no responsibility to you should such circumstances arise. You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including legal costs) made against us by the Accommodation or Travel Provider, or any third party, as a result of your conduct.
If, in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any authority figure (such as hotel managers or airline pilots), you are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress, danger, or annoyance to others, or damage to property, all suppliers and the Company reserve the right to terminate your arrangements immediately. In such cases, our responsibility to you ceases at once, and you will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement of costs. In certain circumstances, such behaviour may also result in legal proceedings or claims against you or members of your party.
Please note that a flight described as “direct” does not necessarily mean it will be non-stop. All departure and arrival times indicated on your ticket are provided by the airline and should be regarded as estimates. These may be subject to change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements, or passenger check-in delays.
If a sector of your itinerary is not used without prior notification to the airline, the remaining sectors may be cancelled without further notice. We cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred in such cases.
We reserve the right to change your airline should the scheduled carrier be blacklisted under EU regulations. Any such change after tickets are issued will be communicated to you as soon as possible, and in any case, at check-in or boarding.
Airline regulations stipulate that women who are 28 weeks or more into pregnancy at the time of return travel must present written confirmation from a doctor confirming fitness to fly. Airlines typically refuse travel after 32 weeks of pregnancy. We accept your booking only on the basis that we will not be liable if any airline refuses carriage for this reason. Infants must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight.
You must reconfirm your flight with the airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure, both outbound and inbound. Failure to do so may result in additional costs, for which we will not be liable. Reconfirmation 72 hours prior to departure is the minimum requirement.
Flight Only: We cannot make special arrangements in the event of delays; such matters remain entirely at the airline’s discretion.
Package: Under the Package Travel Regulations, we will provide you with prompt assistance should you encounter difficulties. Where delays occur that are not attributable to us, our employees, or sub-contractors, our assistance may extend to helping you locate refreshments, accommodation, or communications, though the costs remain your responsibility. Airlines or other transport providers may, however, offer such services free of charge, and you should submit claims directly to them. Subject to our Terms & Conditions, we will not be liable for additional costs, fees, or charges incurred in these circumstances without our prior authorisation.
Adequate and comprehensive travel insurance is essential for your protection. Each member of your party must hold either the policy we offer or an equivalent policy providing at least the same level of cover. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance is sufficient and appropriate to your specific needs. At a minimum, it must cover cancellation, overseas medical costs (including repatriation), and compensation for permanent injury, death, delays, loss of baggage, and personal belongings. We do not review or verify alternative policies. Please ensure you read your insurance documents carefully and carry them with you while travelling.
All premiums must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Policies include a 14-day cooling-off period, after which they may be non-refundable. The cooling-off period applies only if you have not departed or made a claim during this time.
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all passport, visa, and immigration requirements relevant to your journey.
Passport and Visa: You must contact the relevant embassy or consulate for up-to-date requirements well in advance of departure. We accept no liability should you be denied boarding or entry for failing to carry the correct documents. Many destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Ensure you have the appropriate visas and health entry requirements for all destinations, including transit stops, even if you do not disembark.
Health: Vaccination and inoculation requirements may change at any time. You should consult your doctor for the most current recommendations before departure. It is your responsibility to obtain all recommended vaccinations, medications, and medical advice in relation to your trip.
Travel Advice: The UAE Government provides current advice on safe and healthy travel, including information on security, local laws, passports, and visas. Please consult www.mofa.gov.ae/en/travel-updates for the latest updates.
We provide as much information as possible to assist you in selecting the most suitable accommodation, taking several factors into account. Individual descriptions offer basic facts, figures, and photographs highlighting various aspects of the property. Please note that not every room within a property is identical, nor do all rooms share the same views. Distances are generally measured from the nearest point of public access, so a room located within the grounds may be closer or farther than indicated.
Ratings and Reviews: Star ratings represent the overall quality and standard of each accommodation type. These ratings are based on criteria such as the range of standard facilities, quality of furnishings, range and quality of food outlets, and overall service levels. Star ratings are not universally consistent and may vary significantly between countries, or even within the same country. Some countries do not operate a formal rating system. Consequently, any rating displayed is intended as a guideline only. If an official rating is provided by the Accommodation Provider, we will endeavour to include it in the accommodation description. Third-party reviews, such as those from TripAdvisor™, may also be displayed. We have no control over these external websites and make no endorsement of their content. You should form your own judgment regarding the suitability of any accommodation for your personal needs prior to booking.
Cots: Accommodation providers typically supply cots, but availability may be limited, and cots may not conform to UAE Safety Standards. To avoid disappointment, you may wish to bring a travel cot; however, if it exceeds your baggage allowance, excess baggage charges may apply. Costs for cots and other extras, such as meals, should be paid directly to the hotel. High chairs, where indicated, are generally available only in the restaurant.
Early Check-Out: If you check out early from pre-booked accommodation, refunds for unused nights are not guaranteed. Information provided by hotel staff regarding refunds may be inaccurate. Our contracts are with the accommodation suppliers rather than the hotels, apartments, or villas directly, and we must adhere to their terms and conditions. Certain accommodation providers may levy additional charges for early or late check-outs.
No Show: If you do not arrive for the first night of your booking but intend to check in for subsequent nights, you must reconfirm your reservation with us and/or the Accommodation Provider no later than the original check-in date to avoid cancellation of the entire booking. Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation of the entire booking, with refunds applicable only in accordance with your booking terms.
Local Additional Charges by Accommodation Providers: Some properties levy additional fees or taxes per room for specific services. These fees are at the discretion of the accommodation provider, may change without notice, and apply irrespective of usage. Governments may impose additional taxes, which accommodation providers may collect directly at checkout. These charges are your responsibility, are not included in your booking, and are subject to change; we accept no liability for them.

Construction Work: While we cannot be held responsible for ongoing destination development, we will endeavour to inform you of any construction work of which we are aware that may affect your enjoyment of the holiday.
Once a confirmation invoice has been issued, any request to alter your travel arrangements—for example, changing your departure date or accommodation—will be accommodated where possible. A minimum administration charge of AED 75 per person will apply, in addition to any costs incurred, including charges imposed by service providers. Please note that costs may increase the closer the changes are made to the departure date. Certain travel arrangements cannot be amended once a reservation is processed, and any alteration may incur charges equivalent to the total cost of the holiday. All changes must be confirmed to us in writing.
You or any member of your party may cancel your travel arrangements at any time; however, there is no automatic entitlement to cancel without penalty. Written notification of cancellation must be received from the person who made the booking. If your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim any applicable charges.
Flight Only: For scheduled flights, where tickets have been issued, cancellation will usually result in the loss of 100% of the total cost. Charter flights carry a 100% cancellation fee both before and after ticket issuance.
Airline Ticket Refunds: Many airline tickets are paid in full at booking and are non-refundable. Certain APEX or special fare tickets may treat name changes as cancellations, with no refund due. If the outbound portion of a flight is unused, the return sector may be automatically cancelled, with no entitlement to a refund. Partly used tickets are generally non-refundable, as are cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
No Shows: Tickets are 100% non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
Administration Charges: Air ticket refunds processed through us incur an administration fee of AED 75 per ticket, in addition to any charges levied by the airline or consolidator. No automatic refund applies, and all tickets submitted will be assessed by the airline or consolidator in accordance with their terms. Refunds are normally received within 3–4 weeks of submission. Accommodation Only: All bookings are made on your behalf with the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s own terms and policies. In case of conflict, the hotel’s terms prevail. Cancellation policies are displayed during booking and in confirmation documentation.
Rooms offering free cancellation may incur an administration fee not exceeding AED 75 per person. Deposits used to reserve rooms are non-refundable. Amendments to bookings are subject to an administration fee of AED 75 per person, plus any applicable price differences. No refunds are available for no-shows or early check-outs.
Package Holidays: Cancellation charges reflect the costs incurred in cancelling arrangements.
Once a booking is cancelled, travel is no longer permitted, even if the balance has been paid. “Holiday cost” excludes insurance premiums and handling or amendment fees. Charges are based on estimated costs of cancellation and potential losses if the holiday cannot be resold.
It is unlikely that we will need to make changes to your travel arrangements; however, on occasion, changes may be necessary, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most changes will be minor, and we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.
Flight Only: In the event that your flight is cancelled, your rights and remedies will be governed by the airline’s conditions of carriage. You may be entitled to:
If a schedule change occurs before we have received full payment or before your tickets have been issued (for either outbound or return flights), we will endeavour to notify you on behalf of the carrier. Once full payment has been made and tickets issued, the relevant supplier’s decision will be final, and amendment charges may apply.
Accommodation Only: In the event of changes or cancellations by the Accommodation Provider, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Should the Accommodation Provider offer alternative arrangements or a refund, you must communicate your choice within the timeframe specified. Failure to do so may result in the Accommodation Provider assuming you wish to receive a full refund, which we will process less any non-refundable credit/debit card charges and a small administration fee. We accept no liability for any changes or cancellations made by suppliers under your contract with them.

We determine whether a change is major based on the flight times shown on your original confirmation invoice.
Minor changes include, but are not limited to, alterations of flights by less than 12 hours, changes to aircraft type, or relocation to accommodation of equivalent standard. Any change of airline will also be considered a minor change and will be communicated as soon as possible.
Cancellation: We may cancel your travel arrangements, but not less than 8 weeks before departure except in cases of force majeure or non-payment of the final balance. Upon cancellation, you may either:
Insurance: If a major change or cancellation occurs and you accept a refund, we will also refund any travel insurance premiums paid to us, provided you cannot transfer or reuse the policy.
Compensation: Compensation for cancellations or major changes within 8 weeks of departure (excluding force majeure) is as follows, per full-paying adult:

Force Majeure: No compensation will be paid for cancellations or changes caused by unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather, or other force majeure events.
It is your responsibility to verify that all travel documents issued are accurate. Documents will be sent to the address provided at booking, typically seven days before departure. Bookings made within 14 days of departure may require collection of tickets at the airport at an additional charge. Scheduled airline tickets are sent via courier; loss or delay may require you to cover additional costs for replacement tickets. Guaranteed next-day delivery may be arranged for an extra fee. For late bookings, special or courier delivery charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
E-Tickets: Many airlines issue only electronic confirmation or ‘e-tickets’ for certain routes.
We aim to resolve complaints within 28 days of receiving written details and supporting documentation, though complex cases (e.g., allegations of injury or food poisoning) may take longer. Complaints regarding our services can be directed to our Customer Services team using the contact methods listed under ‘Contact Us’.
Accommodation Only: Where we act as an agent, the contract for individual components is between you and the supplier. Complaints should be raised with the supplier immediately while on holiday. A written record from the Accommodation, along with a brief summary of your complaint, must be sent to us. We will liaise with the Accommodation Provider in good faith but cannot guarantee a satisfactory outcome. Failure to follow this procedure may reduce or eliminate compensation eligibility.
Package Holidays: Complaints must be reported to the supplier and our agent or staff immediately. Unresolved complaints must be submitted to us in writing within 28 days of returning home. Failure to report during your trip may affect your rights. Illness must be reported to the relevant supplier and a local doctor, and you should visit your GP upon return to the UAE. Medical evidence is required to support any claims.
Fraudulent Claims: Any false or exaggerated claim is a criminal offence and may result in legal action, including recovery of payments and reporting to authorities. Pursuing a fraudulent claim is illegal both in the UAE and in the country where the holiday occurred.
These Terms and our Services are governed by UAE law. Disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. Your accommodation may also be subject to local laws, customs, and sensitivities.

If we are unable to pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the UAE or abroad, we cannot proceed with your booking. By making a booking, you consent to your information being shared with the relevant authorities.
Under UAE data protection law, individuals have the right to have their personal data erased, also known as the “right to be forgotten.” This right can only be exercised if you do not have an active booking with us. Exercising this right will prevent us from processing any claims, complaints, or queries you may have. If your data is erased and you make a subsequent booking, you consent to the storage and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We can arrange car-hire reservations on your behalf as an agent for our car hire providers. Your contract will be directly with the rental provider, whose details and rental terms are displayed at the time of selection and on our payment page. A voucher will be provided at the time of reservation or shortly before vehicle collection, containing all necessary information to locate your pick-up point.
If full payment is not made at the time of reservation, you will be responsible for settling any outstanding amount directly with the rental provider upon vehicle collection. This will be subject to the rental provider’s terms and conditions, which may include payment of a security deposit and insurance coverage.
We do not accept liability for the vehicle, which remains subject to your agreement with the rental provider and governed by their terms, applicable laws, regulations, and conventions.

These terms apply to our complimentary car-hire promotional voucher (“Voucher”), issued to select premium customers booking through our website (https://uae.jadtravels.com/) for destinations in the Caribbean, Canada, and the USA (or other destinations as determined by us). The Voucher entitles the customer to reclaim a cash refund toward car-hire costs, up to a maximum of three (3) days’ hire, applicable only to vehicles provided by our nominated suppliers.
To qualify, you must retain the Voucher while travelling and present it at the airline check-in desk if requested. A valid driving licence must be held and presented. The deposit for the chosen vehicle will already have been paid by us. To exercise this offer, submit a claim with the Voucher within 14 days of the rental period ending.
If selected to receive a Voucher, you will be notified on your booking confirmation. The Voucher can only be redeemed as a contribution toward car-hire fees and has no separate cash value or transferability. Refunds apply only to the approved vehicle(s) or their equivalent.
We accept no liability for the vehicle, which remains governed by the rental provider’s terms and applicable laws. To redeem the Voucher, present it with proof of full payment for the vehicle within 14 days of return. Any disputes regarding entitlement or value of the refund will be determined by us.

Role of JAD Travels and Tourism LLC: JAD Travels and Tourism LLC acts solely as an agent facilitating the purchase of baggage tracking services provided by Blue Ribbon Bags, LLC (“Supplier”). In this capacity, JAD Travels and Tourism LLC is not the Supplier of the service and assumes no responsibility for the delivery, performance, or outcome of services provided by the Supplier.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing the baggage tracking service and paying the associated Service Agreement Fee, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in both the Supplier’s Service Agreement and JAD Travels and Tourism LLC’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
Blue Ribbon Bags Service Agreement: The baggage tracking service is governed by the Supplier’s Service Agreement, which details the scope, limitations, and procedures related to the service. Reporting Requirements: In the event of mishandled baggage, it is your responsibility to report the issue to Blue Ribbon Bags within 24 hours of your flight’s landing. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of any benefits or compensation under the Supplier’s Service Agreement.
Indemnification of JAD Travels and Tourism LLC: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAD Travels and Tourism LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to the services provided by the Supplier, including but not limited to issues stemming from mishandled baggage, service delivery, or disputes regarding compensation.
Governing Law: This clause and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
